If you need to have teeth extracted, Dr Hoshyar will do this the very same day that implants are placed – within just 2 weeks a provisional restoration will be in place. Temporisation is a standard procedure used to create provisional restorations that are required in the short-term and used in preparation for the permanent restoration. The provisional teeth will be removed after 3-6 months to check that the area around the implant has healed.
The practice has invested in the latest dental digital equipment, including intraoral scanners enabling us to give a precise patient diagnosis treatment plan. Our CEREC Omnicam saves patients the discomfort of a conventional impression tray. With digital equipment we can keep time in the dentist chair to a minimum.
